Why was this game delayed until October!? Teh suspension... ze spoilers... they are killing me!!

(And poor Phoenix.... What the hell are they doing to you in case 5 with the 'Ziska stalking and the hospital and the being replaced by Miles? D: And why do I keep finding these things out when I'm trying oh-so-hard to avoid them?)
